Mass Earthwork Volumes and Analysis
With the use of the latest computer technology, either by CAD generated files, PDF files, or computer digitized by hand, American Construction and Estimating Service can utilize any grading plan, at any scale, from hand drawn to conceptual, and from preliminary to approved and generate accurate mass cut and fill volumes.
Our earthwork analyses are based on sub-surface field conditions presented by your Geotechnical Engineer or at your direction, pursuant to an onsite exploration. Detailed data is provided by mass cut, mass fill (including shrinkage), excess, and deficit volumes classified by soil type, and suitability.
The volumes generated are quantified into logical order for construction based upon a conceptual or an approved construction sequence, and presented to you on your Bid Form or on a Bid Form created by us that can easily be uploaded into your estimating software.
